The 3rd Asia Fashion Summit (AFS), a premiere fashion business conference, attracted more than 500 fashion practitioners and professionals from 15 countries.
The success of the summit was the result of strategically developed topics based on the theme ‘Engaging the Asian Fashion Consumer’. It captured a 360-degree view of global and Asia issues impacting the fashion industry. Over 30 handpicked fashion leaders were brought in from key fashion cities like New York, London, Hong Kong and Shanghai to present the most relevant discussions, latest ideas and best practices to the audience.
Day one of the summit focused on “Asia Fashion’s Future”, with topics centering on Asian consumer insight and consumer experience. Day two “Retail Revolution” discussed how technology impacts international retail evolution. Four skill-based workshops, featuring application of ideas by industry experts held on the third day were well received by the participants.
